In 2017, Sean Hesse joined Harman Realty, Inc. as Executive Director of Real Estate—bringing his knowledge, experience and professional skill set to the firm. From day one, he has leveraged a refreshing energy that has helped drive and shape many key aspects of the organization. Mr. Hesse is a collaborative team member, superior customer service provider, and truly a visionary leader with an exciting future in real estate.
Specifically, he leads the residential and commercial real estate teams and the property management division where he oversees the recruitment of new agents, the refinement of efficiency processes, and the overall success and profitability of each. He also works closely with CEO Randy Harman in the vision casting and execution of future development projects—offering a steady and practical approach to new opportunity analysis, site evaluation, and real estate development.
Mr. Hesse also heads up Harman Realty’s IGNITE Harrisonburg initiative which focuses on fostering conversation and partnerships within the local community concerning the future of Harrisonburg, its growth, and development direction. The initiative partners directly with local charities providing extensive community support as well.
Mr. Hesse was born and raised in Mount Olive, NJ. He is the father of two beautiful children, Conor and Lena, and husband to wife Michelle. He attended Ohio State University and enjoys quality family time, travel, and sports.
