As Project & Marketing Manager, Jess Puffenbarger performs a multitude of management and administrative duties at Harman Realty including strategic planning, marketing operations, and delegation of project team tasks. Jess oversees correspondence, documentation, and form preparation for all real estate transactions and oversees database management, client systems, back-office support, as well as marketing activities coordination for prospective clients. Her extensive experience and diverse knowledge have proven instrumental in working on a wide range of projects and initiatives at Harman Realty.

Jess previously served five years of active duty in the United States Air Force where she completed her service as a Senior Airman in 2010. She ended her career in the USAF with a two-year commitment to the USAF Reserves. Additionally, Jess spent three years as an active USAF government contractor.

Born in Indiana, raised in Valdosta, GA, Jess is a self-proclaimed ‘Georgia Peach.’ Along with her husband Jack, who she met on a six-month tour in Afghanistan, Jess and her three beautiful children, Ava, Jace, and Gabriel, have been proud to call the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia home for the past four years.

Outside of the office, Jess enjoys quality time with family, attending her children’s countless sporting events, and is an active member of CrossFit.
